We just left Hawai'i and the tropical island resort of Aluani.
It was a mainly relaxing trip between the times of annoyingly long travel, and boy did I ever love it!!! The first few days were just the normal holiday stuff. Swimming, chilling, more swimming. But near the end, we decided to go swimming after dinner, when most people aren't there. We went down the Tube Slide in DoubleTubes.
Dad and I, and, Lilly and Mom. At dinner that night, our server had told us that if the heavier person goes in front, the tube will flip. Deliberately trying to avoid that, I went in the front and Dad was in the back of the tube.

So we went up to the slide and started our decent. We were going down pretty fast, I just thought it was because of the extra weight, as I usually ride alone. We neared the bottom. Then, SPLASH!!!!!! I go straight under water and dad catapults through the air. I could have sworn that someone sat on my head and kept me under water. When we came up we were laughing our heads off. Dad was a good fifteen feet ahead of me and said that when he landed he had been laughing underwater!
