I'm heading back to school on Tuesday and decided to show you a craft that I am going to be using this year for two reasons. 1) I am horribly unorganised. 2) It is just pure awesome.
Cereal Box Magazine (or notebook) Holder
Materials
A Cereal Box
Scissors
A pen
Construction Paper
A Glue Stick
Step 1
Cut off the tabs at the top of the box
Step 2
Cut 3/4 of the way down the side of the box. For simplicity's sake, let's call this cut "Cut 1"
Step 3
Do the same thing on the other side, but only cut a 5th of the way down. Let's call this one "Cut 2"
Step 4
Draw a diagonal line from the corner of Cut 2 to the corner of Cut 1. Like this:
Step 5
Cut along the line
Step 6
Do the same thing on the other side
Extra Unnecessary Step
Cover places where you cut too far with Scotch Tape
Step 7
Glue a piece of construction paper to on side.
Step 8
Cut off the excess
Step 9
Do the same on the other side
Step 10
Glue a different color to the front and back
Done!!!

You have saved money by making one instead of buying one like I did. Congratulations!
