Venice

Hey Readers!
We just got back from one of the most beautiful cities in the world
Venice
By the way, did you know the island of Venice looks like a fish? Well it does! Here is a pic:

Anyways, Venice was amazing! We went on a gondola ride in the canals and it was awesome! We got tonnes of cool pictures. The best part was it was so tippy, but didn't tip making it more like an A Small World at disney mixed in with the smell of sea water and  better sights to see. The time that we went on the ride the canals were very calm and not full with other gondolas. We  liked it that way. And we had delicious pasta and pizza and gelato, really good gelato. Did I mention the gelato?

It was good for that day.
Then I got sick.

Anyways I was sick for the rest of the time we were in Venice. It was worse the 2nd day then the 3rd. By that I mean on the 2nd day I did not get out of bed and barfed up all I had eaten that day. Not the highlight of the vacation. Mom was sick too and is still sick now, even though I'm not. Personally I think dad jinxed it because he said:
" If you end up barfing you can't blame us"

Besides that the trip to Venice was amazing! I even rode a lion ( sort of)! We were able to see most of Venice in one day being good because otherwise we might not have done it all. And guess what the funniest part was. The day we left, when we got home dad was watching the news and the places we had been in just hours before were flooded! Now that's what I call good timing.
