Why didn't we just take the water taxi....

Hi every one!
Here is the continuation of my last post, Venice.
I realized the joy ISN'T always in the journey.
Our plane didn't go directly to Venice and to get there we had to take:
A Bus     
OR
A Taxi
Here, we took a bus and it wasn't that bad, actually it was a very smooth ride.
Next, we had to get to the hotel. There were 3 ways to get there:
A Water Taxi ( fastest way)
OR
A Water Bus ( didn't stop super close to the hotel)
OR
Walking ( or as I call it getting lost)
We waited too long and could not get the Water Taxi

We did not know how to get to the hotel from the bus but we tried anyways.
They would not take us to the hotel.

Long story short
In the end we took a:
Water Taxi
The 'People Mover' ( I know, really creative [ said sarcastically])
And
Our Feet

After that, we tried to take directions from the hotel.
And oddly we could do this all before 1pm that day

P.S
For me the ride back was not good either.
I was stuck between 2 men who had the worst breath ever and would not shut up!!!!!!!!!
