Hi every one!
We just got back from the Wexford opera festival.
During the festival we saw a, in my opinion, really boring opera recital with only one dude singing a bunch of very strange songs in French. It was 50 minutes of not being able to see any thing and listening to a seemingly endless playlist of opera. Not a kids first pick in things to do on a vacation. But the next performance we saw made the boringness of the last totally worth while. It was a village Romeo and Juliet. It was amazing, a tad confusing, but still awesome. There was this one character with a name no one knew, you know, the one who knows how the story will turn out the whole time. He was my favourite. In the end what happened was they knew they could not be together, so they drowned themselves. Strangely enough, they decided to spend the last moments of their lives kissing and kissing and kissing. I would not have committed suicide in the first place. All in all, I loved it.
That's all for now!
Bye!
